Situated in Midtown Savannah, a peaceful residential area close to both downtown and the beach, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and the city's top attractions. Daffin Park, just 0.7 miles away, is perfect for a morning walk, offering sports zones and scenic beauty only 10 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car.  
  
Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, this home offers a sanctuary for long-term guests. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring plush beds with soft linens, HD TVs, spacious closets, and ceiling fans. The bathroom comes stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to enhance your stay.  
  
The bungalow's rear terrace is a true gem, with comfortable furniture and a ceiling fan—perfect for unwinding and enjoying Savannah's pleasant climate during your extended visit.

Property parking for 2 cars is in the back. A single vehicle can be park on the street.  
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.  
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.
