This is the combination of three suites, Blue Magnolia, Metal Oak, and Spanish Moss comprising the garden-level and two upper levels of this impeccable residence. With this, you will have 3 king beds, 3 sleeper sofas (one king in Spanish Moss, one king in Blue Magnolia, and one queen in Metal Oak), and 3.5 baths. The combined units sleep a total of 12 guests. You will have access to the units through 2 front entry doors, 3 courtyard doors, and through an interior hallway that connects the suites. Metal Oak, the garden-level unit, is handicap accessible and does not require stairs to enter. Blue Magnolia and Spanish Moss does require the use of stairs in order to enter. Spanish Moss defines luxury living on Jones Street, with soaring views from your bedroom window that overlook the majestic oak tree lined street. However, we later discovered that there was actually a top floor (not advertised) being used by other guests. This was surprising and a a little bit unsettling, as we weren’t made aware that we’d be sharing the property with strangers. At one point, guests entered the shared hallway unexpectedly, which was startling.While the bedrooms were private and locked, the shared spaces and security raised concerns. the front door was left unlocked a few times and once overnight, and we had no idea how that was possible. (But at the time we didn’t know it was because we had others in the house with us on the top floor. Which was alarming, especially since we didn’t know who else was coming and going.For future guests, it would be helpful if the listing clarified that there’s a chance you’ll be sharing the space with others. Transparency around this would make a big difference, particularly for groups (like ours) who want to feel safe and secure during their stay. We booked all three levels of the house and it was all beautifully laid-out and welcoming. The kitchens were each nicely outfitted and tastefully decorated. Even the sofa beds were comfortable with two of them being king sized. There were two parking places with the combined units and we only had a problem once with someone else parking in one of them, but we found the owner and it was moved. This isn't on the management because the spaces are clearly marked for the rental units. Jones street is beautiful and so close to almost everything we wanted to do. There are boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, parks and most everything in historic Savannah within a reasonable walk and some places across the street. The outside spaces were wonderful and the weather while we were there was exceptional so they were really appreciated. ##### Suzanne H.
