Summary: This memorable Airstream is anything but ordinary. You will be amazed by its beautiful and smart interior packed with all the amenities and comforts of modern life. This beautiful glamper is located on a large property of nearly an acre of private land. Your only neighbors will be other guests staying at the main house, which is adjacent. Still, the space is set up to feel welcoming and private at the same time. It was set up and designed with you in mind - come stay here! You will LOVE IT! The Space: OTC-023709 \*Important Note: There are two campers on the property. Yours is located behind the house. Please do not attempt to park by or enter the first one you see next to the garage - that one is a separate listing. Our 2015 Airstream International - Eddie Bauer Limited Edition - is the perfect camper for everyone. It is spacious, modern, comfortable, and located halfway between Savannah and Tybee Beach. The Glamper is fully ready to live in for an extended period of time. We provide enough linen, cookware, and supplies to last a typical 3-4 day stay. Fast WiFi and a small selection of DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. Perfect time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, or simply walk around Savannah or Tybee Island! We look forward to your stay! Guest Access: \*Important Note: There are two campers on the property. Yours is located behind the house. Please do not attempt to park by or enter the first one you see next to the garage - that one is a separate listing. Guests will have access to the Glamper, the parking to its right, and one additional parking spot right behind the first vehicle. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details. There is also a second Airstream camper next to the garage. It is also used as a vacation rental, but it is not included in this listing. There is a likelihood that it will be occupied during your stay; however, those guests have been asked to respect your privacy. They are only allowed in their assigned parking spot and their camper, which is distanced from yours. The Main house is used as a vacation rental too. Those guests have also been instructed to respect your space and not intrude during your stay. The Neighborhood: The property is in one of the most desirable, quiet, and pristine areas in Savannah - otherwise referred to as "The Islands." You will be centrally located just 10-minutes from Downtown Savannah, 15-minutes from the beach at Tybee Island, and just a couple of minutes from Walmart, Publix, Gas Stations, Docks, Restaurants, and Bars. Most homes are tucked into the Marsh, while ours is towards the front - virtually leaving us with no neighbors to the left or right of the home. Still, it is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that all noise is kept at a low level and that the quiet hours of 8pm to 8am are respected. Getting Around: The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day. There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away. Other Things to Note: \*Important Note: There are two campers on the property. Yours is located behind the house. Please do not attempt to park by or enter the first one you see next to the garage - that one is a separate listing. The driveway that leads to the house is shared with one other property. Theirs is at the end of the driveway and can barely be seen from our land. We ask that our guests don't drive past the second camper, just behind the brick house on the left. That will lead you into their driveway and turning around is difficult, especially for larger vehicles. Please note that if you have driven past the camper and gravel path to the left of the driveway, you have gone too far. There's a maximum of two vehicles allowed to park here at any time. One Immediately right of the camper. The other car right behind. Please visit the check-in guide for pictures of the parking area. Please do not park on any unmarked grassy areas - this will help prevent damaging the sprinkler system. Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the space by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only eating at the bar or the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can. Interaction with Guests: We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you! You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app 24 hours prior to arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property. The space is pet free. Undisclosed pets will immediately terminate this agreement without the possibility of a refund. The airstream was in good shape, very clean, and a super convenient location for both downtown Savannah and Tybee area. Do note that instruction manual seems to be for a different model than what we stayed in. We had better luck when we googled "Eddie Bauer airstream" to find location of circuit breaker, etc. when needed. ##### Tesia B. The only hiccups were the fuse box not being where they said it was (it’s actually under the bed, not the fridge) and the listing stated it was the second camper, but there was no other camper on the property when I got there so i got confused and had to reach out through messaging to make sure I was at the right location. I would also suggest bringing a room spray, bc it definitely had a “camper bathroom” smell. GREAT location though—15 minutes from downtown one way, and 15 minutes to the beach in the other direction. Also there’s a Walmart and publix 5 minutes away—extra convienient! ##### Bethany R.
