![Can't say enough great things about this hotel! This is the place to stay if you are in Savannah. Great staff, that go over and beyond from valet to front desk. Beautiful amenities including fitness center and a roof top pool with an excellent view of the boats on the water. Plus it's fairly new only a few months old so none of that clammy hotel germy feel. "The Marriott Savannah Riverfront was a perfect stay, no complaints there. But we had issues when booking a Room with a Riverfront view. When booking the room we paid for a river front room and when we arrived at the front desk the Marriott stated there was not a riverfront room available. They blamed the error on the third party booking, and gave us another room that looked over the roof top at all the air condition units. We were very disappointed. It was very quiet at the hotel that day, so we walked down the River front walkway in front of the Marriott and noticed that there was a lot of Riverfront rooms available. The Marriott front desk lied. "
