Yet, we were disappointed in the condition of the property, especially given that we had stayed in this apartment on a previous trip. It was obvious that the property has not been maintained over the years. The courtyard was untidy, the kitchen had bare essentials, and lighting was poor throughout. There was terrible TV reception. The couch felt like it had broken springs on one side. The gas grill is falling apart and had not been cleaned in a long time. The property could be lovely with a little attention. ##### Eric R.
