With its ample amenities, including a seasonal heated pool, this home is great for those looking to relax after exploring the area. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining. The Space: FEATURES –1 indoor kitchen fully stocked with essential cookware –Private backyard area with seasonal heated pool –3 off-street parking space –Designed to meet hotel-quality standards, each bed features a premium mattress (Helix or equivalent) and is dressed in Matouk linens and towels. –High-speed internet –High-end essential toiletries –2 TVs in the home ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT The main house requires stairs to access the inside of the home. Once inside, there are stairs to access the upper floor. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors! Getting Around: Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park. This is a great entertaining home for a large party. We brought our company down to Savannah for a company trip. We are small 10 employees everyone had plenty of space to not feel on top of anyone. Jaime our host made herself available for any questions or issues ( like the wasps). She also surprised us with some fresh pastries which the kids loved. In addition to the pool there are other amenities like a mini golf area which the kids and adults enjoyed. The house is located nicely for trips into Savannah and we spent one day on Tybee island. We highly recommend the Stay Heirloom VRBO homes. By the way we were a family of 16 staying there quite comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen we were able to make meals in addition to a nice grill.
