The Space: This condo is for one unit located inside a 6-unit building with a common outdoor courtyard. Please inquire if you are interested in renting more than one of the units. FEATURES –Indoor kitchen fully stocked with essential cookware –Shared courtyard with seating area –Metered on-street parking is available, parking is on city property and additional charges apply. Getting Around: Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Other Things to Note: HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We had six adults staying here for a graduation. Location great and walkable to Forsythe, historic district and the River district. Check in was easy. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of linens. All of the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Host provided paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap and shower toiletries. This was definitely one of the most clean and well appointed homes we have stayed in. The most important thing was that you can tell this host really cares about making their guest's experiences perfect....they responded to every email/question and offered suggestions to help us with what we needed. It really made us feel taken care of and that we were staying in a home away from home. Thank you! ##### jenna p.
