Sleeps up to 10, includes two kitchens, 2 laundry, a private gated and fenced courtyard, and off-street parking if desired. Features a King bed in the master bedroom upstairs and downstairs, a small but private second bedroom with a twin-size leather futon sofa downstairs, a private twin bedroom with balcony access, and a leather queen sleeper sofa in each upstairs and downstairs living room. It also has a wonderful courtyard off of the main floor kitchen, great for relaxing outdoors. This historic Victorian home has many original features including a fireplace in each master bedroom and each living room. A gorgeous, serene environment, within walking distance to the heart of downtown Savannah. You are only steps away from the beautiful Forsyth Park, Historic Savannah, Georgia. You can also hop on the city trolly, bike, take a carriage ride, or drive. There are two private parking spaces and plenty of free, on-street parking available. The entire home is yours and you have private access to the entire courtyard out of your kitchen door, fenced and gated for privacy. We had to purchase toilet paper..they only provide a ‘starter set’. The house was clean, but there were some areas that could use repair.
