If you violate our rules such as sneaking in pets, extra people, or we discover you are throwing a party, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

I stayed at this apartment for a month for work at the nearby hospital. The apartment was clean and well kept when I arrived and the check in process was very easy. The neighborhood around the property is not the best in my opinion, but it was fine for my stay. There was also a big communication mishap during my stay when someone came to the apartment to change the code to my door at 9:15 pm and I had no idea they were coming. It was very alarming to say the least and I almost called the police thinking someone was trying to break in to the apartment. Someone was supposed to email me about them coming but i never recieved anything, and frantically called the owner to get the situation handled. Other than that mistake I do appreciate them giving me a discount for my long stay as well as them being dog friendly was a big plus for me. Overall would give this property a 7/10.

The description and location was great ! The cleanliness was great . It did only have three towels for a four day two people stay. We texted and ask for more and the host was very nice and said he would have some sent right over . However they never came so we had to do laundry everytime we showered . Over all it was good and I would stay there again !!!

#### Broken AC

When we arrived the AC was broken and the property was 90° inside, we had to pay last minute hotel prices for that night. We contacted the host and no one was sent out until the 2nd day of our 3 day trip. Unfortunately, no resolution could be made during our stay and we couldn’t be switched to another property. Thankfully, we were given a partial refund but our stay was pretty unbearable.

#### Crystal Clear Comfort Studio D

This property was good for mine and my boyfriend’s trip to Savannah, but there were for sure some downsides. Highs: perfect size for two adults, no-contact check-in, body care items provided, washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, fair price, quiet. Lows: contact with the host was very poor and we didn’t receive the check-in information until less than 20 hours prior to our stay, no comforter (only had a fitted sheet and thin top sheet) and missing a pillow case on the bed so it was difficult to get comfortable and stay warm, no hot tub on the property like the listing states, unsure if the property was cleaned well because there were marks on the stove top and top bed sheet, the property isn’t described accurately in terms of location because it is out of the way from the main areas and you will need a car to get to just about everything. The property was by no means bad, the main issue was communication. We had to contact Vrbo directly to receive the check-in information despite two attempts to contact the host regarding it. The cleaning lady also showed up one day into our stay (we booked three nights) and was under the impression that we had checked out for some reason. Thankfully we were at the property; however, if we were not I’m not sure what would’ve happened to our belongings.

#### Thunderbolt

The place is clean and maintained. It was a little difficult to locate and if Stephanie hadn't been on site, I would have been concerned about getting the door code. property is not on a main street and shares a small parking lot with a house very close to the building. Not within reasonable walking distance to the water, and Thunderbolt has very few, if any, shops and restaurants. Description was a bit misleading. otherwise, it suited my purpose as i didnt spend much time there, was out at the beach, etc.
