The Riverview Estate Accommodations As one of our prime vacation rentals Savannah GA, Riverview Estate combines two adjacent apartments within a historic brick building: Riverview Terrace and Riverview Penthouse. The Estate comes with four dedicated, off-street parking spaces, so there's room for your vehicles if you are driving. The Riverview Terrace unit accommodates eight. It features gleaming hardwood floors and a wall of windows that overlooks the river. Outside, a generously sized balcony features cushioned sectional seating, a bistro table for four and wrought-iron railings. The adjacent sitting room boasts leather armchairs, a matching sofa and a television. Put your feet up on the ottoman and stretch out in luxury while you catch the news or stay current with your favorite shows. Air conditioning and ceiling fans make it easy to keep the climate within your comfort zone. A convenient bathroom is just off the seating area. Go down the spiral staircase to the lower level of this lovely suite. There's a larger living room done up in elegant neutral tones, two sofas and a large, wall-mounted TV. Exquisite brickwork adds character to this expansive space, and the arched windows flood the room with light. A French door opens to the balcony area. The open floor plan features a breakfast bar with seating for six plus a fully equipped kitchen. There were 11 of us there for a family Christmas and we booked both units 3 and 4\. The hallway locks, so we could keep both doors open and use it as one big unit. The beds were comfortable, the apartments were very spacious - room for everyone to hang out together (or hide). The view from the terrace is incredible and we loved watching the container ships go by. The location is excellent - right in downtown historic Savannah. The property managers were very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again if our paths take us to Savannah. ##### Karen G. I have a have an annual work convention in a different city every year where I get to see a group of friends I rarely see. We always rent a VRBO after the convention to check out the city. This property was excellent for what we needed. Walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping and very close to the ferry in case you need to get to the convention center. The rooftop deck was incredible to watch the cargo ships come through. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, and everyone was super happy with their accommodations. We had no issues whatsoever and I highly recommend this property. If I’m ever in Savannah again, I will definitely rent this property ##### Benjamin K. We rented it for my Bachelorette party of 10 girls and we had TONS of space and bathrooms. We were right in the middle of everything - bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. We never had to Uber a single place and were able to walk everywhere. The coolest part is that the entrance to both of these condos shares a private hallway so we were able to leave the doors to the condos open and treat it as one big space.
