Beautifully renovated apartment 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. Completely equipped with all essentials to make your stay feel just like home. Enjoy a nice evening out on the back patio or just relax and enjoy the spacious living room equipped with WiFi/TV.

The Space:
This is a late 1890's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!

Guest Access:
PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. ***Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.***

You may access the entire home as well as the designated outdoor areas (side deck and rear patio).
There is a washer/dryer you may use at any point in your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our space is part of the beautiful Victorian District in Savannah, one of the first "suburbs" to be developed in the late 1800's. WE ARE 2 BLOCKS FROM FORSYTH PARK! You cannot beat that!

Getting Around:
There is a free trolley ride that picks up at the top of Forsyth Park (just walk down Park Ave. two blocks and in front of the shops is the stop). There is also a FREE City "uber" called The Downtowner - download the app and use it like you would any ride share app, but it's free. Otherwise, an Uber will run you about $5 to get to River/Bay St.

Other Things to Note:
Pet fee: A one-time pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.

I live about 5 minutes away, call/text me anytime for recommendations or even if you're feeling lonely

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. Awesome home away from home!

Will book again if we return in the future. Pet friendly and easy walk to Forsyth park, grocery store, restaurants, and the free DOT trolley to downtown. DOT map is very helpful.

Perfect Location!!

The cottage looked just as described. It was clean and very comfortable for the 3 of us to share for a few nights. I would definitely book again! The property owners we very quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and we needed nothing from them while there as nothing went wrong!! Very happy with this adorable cottage.

Great location

Very spacious,clean, and great location to historic downtown. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. Only downside was the couch and chair in living room were very uncomfortable when relaxing watching a movie. Chase was awesome and attended to our needs. Short Family Trip

Wonderful stay! Really appreciated: cleanliness, lots of bath towels/wash clothes, 3 bedrooms (plenty of room), cold water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, easy parking, great A/C, cute patio, and convenient location to all the tourist sites. We would love to stay here again if travels brought us back to Savannah. Thanks to Brandon and Chase for the easy communication and great unit!

Great Guys Golf Trip Location

Enjoyed the location and proximity to food and courses, but Uber service was prompt and downtown night life super accessible. Quiet neighborhood, safe to walk at all hours and decent food, coffee and park within walking distance.

ok 1st the night I booked the house I get a email from the property manager ask why am I booking on short notice just giving me a full Interrogation. 2nd the air does not work. 3rd the property not clean in has a smell .last but not least the worst thing was I got a email about how to check into the property saying that I would get the code 24hrs before check in never got that we arrived 30 minutes early I emailed the property manager asking about the code he never responded back 30 minutes after check in im emailing a online rep who's not responding finally my wife finds the agent number they connected us to the property manager and he gives us the code but that's very unprofessional we waiting out in the rain when we payed our money in full in should be able to check in with out a run around.

Lovely home with all the necessities

This home away from home is perfect for 5-6 people. Loved the coffee bar. The owner was very attentive. Very clean & smells so good. I love Savannah & visit often, so I hope to stay here again.
