Hike among the mountain laurels, and the rhododendrons along Dodd Creek to visit majestic Raven Cliff Falls. Then hop into a raft and race down the Chattahoochee River, or zoom through the tree tops suspended from a zipline. With exposed timber beam ceilings and hardwood floors, the bright and open great room has plush furniture (including a futon), a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, and a 50-inch flatscreen TV. Step out into your screened-in back deck with forest views, hot tub, a table and chairs, and a gas grill. The pool table was not in the house as it shows in the pictures and my wife and i were locked out of the cabin for about an hour and a half before they finally got someone to come let us in with a physical key. (the batteries in the keypad were bad) and this was at 10:30 pm at night.. It wouldn't have been as bad had it been earlier and we could have just gone back to town for a little while. The cabin was nice and cozy, the hot tub looked very clean (we never got in though) overall, it was disappointing, the vacasa support sucked. I called the support number and kept pressing the number to speak to someone, but it never worked, that's why i had to use the text only support. ##### Chad I. The overall rating for the cabin looked pretty good. We did enjoy the location of the cabin and the clean sheets and towels. Once we arrived it was dark out so I couldn't see much of the property. The first thing I did notice was there was no pool table. Which was one of the main reasons I booked this particular place. The listing still shows it advertised with a pool table. I also noticed a few dead and alive bugs during my stay. In the light of day the property was even more grimy. Cobwebs and large amounts of dust. The hot tub had low water pressure as well. I did let the property management know about the lack of cleanliness, the listing not being accurate about having a pool table , and the hot tub water pressure being low. They apologized and said someone would be in touch once they let the local team know. Now someone did come and look at the hot tub. I don't believe the water pressure could be fixed with a drop in visit. It needs work. No one came by to clean any extra. On day two I read the reviews others left. I saw where the host responsed that attention will be given to issues but as of December 2024 most complaints haven't been resolved. Just read the reviews before booking! ##### Amber P. The door frame is broken and anyone could easily get in. We were there less than 10 mins and left and went to find a hotel to stay in. ##### Tanner H.
