Gather with the family, pop some popcorn, and play board games, or enjoy sipping on a bottle of wine from local area wineries as you snuggle by the fire. Down by the River has so many wonderful features! Guests can relax in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the river, or enjoy cooking out on the propane grill provided. We were a party of 6 adults and everyone slept comfortably. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with king beds. There is also a full bed and a day bed in the loft on the third floor. The river was a little too swift and we didn't catch any fish but it was quiet and relaxing and we saw lots of wildlife in the neighborhood and on the property. We did cook on site and nearly everything we needed to cook with was on site. We used the hot tub, played pool and other games on the first floor. The board games in the ottoman on the second floor are a mess, I wouldn't bother trying to sort through to find all of the pieces. The driveway is steep but we made it!
