You'll enter through an adorable front porch, surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful scenery. Inside, you can enjoy quaint cabin charm with modern amenities and complimentary WiFi. The living space has comfy furnishings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. We had visited Helen before and wanted to return. This was the perfect distance from the town, and we loved visiting Anna Ruby Falls so close by. The cabin was clean, cozy, and very spacious for the two of us. We hope to come back! The only negative I can think of is our difficulty starting the fireplace, but that definitely could have just been our inexperienced fault lol! ##### Austin P. Oct 11, 2024 #### Perfect Getaway We arrived rather late the first day. If you’re driving at night the roads can be a little testy. Everything from the code working to my daughter getting into the heart shaped tub, ( she had so much fun). Slept like a baby the first night. The place had everything we needed to make breakfast. Our second evening myself and daughter enjoyed the hot tub. All in all great stay and having it be a pet friendly place we were able to bring our little dog bubba. ##### Robert E. Helen Georgia is a nice little town with amazing food and a relaxing overall vibe. There's a good amount of shops and things you see and can be done in several hours. The food is definitely a reason to visit, so many delicious spots and some of the best German food we've ever had.The cabin was cozy and in a great location. The layout worked great for the two of us and we were relaxed and enjoyed the entire experience. Parking is adequate for one vehicle.The only negatives were that some of the dishes in the cabinet were filthy and there was a pretty good sized crack in the doors near the hot tub that made it very cold. We were there in the middle of the winter and had the wall heater and two space heaters going on full blast pretty much the entire time we were awake.I would definitely stay there again. ##### Dustin M. My husband and I rented this place because it was small but still had plenty of room. Not only did it have a lot of room but it also got super cold which is what we like. The bed was so neat when we got there and it took us a minute to figure out the jacuzzi but we did get in a figure it out and it felt so good. The hot tub is another great part about it. We sat in the hot tub like everyday. It’s private no one can really see you through the trees and it’s peaceful. 10/10 definitely recommend ##### Lexy G. Note: picture of parking area includes the "gravel street" which must be left clear for vehicles to pass. Available parking is a small area. Four wheel drive needed if snow/ice is on the ground. Very tricky without salt/sand. It isn't a flat area. Cabin is predominately in the shade and ice does not melt quickly. We were there 5 days after snowfall and it was still very much an issue. Steve in maintenance is great as is Rhonda on the cleaning staff. The main CSR # does not route to anyone local. TV is a streaming service with some limited live TV. Apr 15, 2024 #### Cozy and quiet This cabin is real cozy and quiet. My husband and I really enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. There was a few limbs down and the lights flickered for a bit. Lineman was working on the lines not far from the entry way. We wondered if it caused issues with the hot tub getting warm, so we didn’t use it. This location is roughly 8 miles from the town of Helen, and that place is a must see! If you want amazing food go to Cowboys and Angels, and try their burgers are phenomenal. Wine tasting with the local winery. We despite the hot tub not getting warm, we enjoyed our stay, and plan to come again soon. ##### Kayla A. Felt like staying in a tree house and all the conveniences of home furnished. Loved the rocking chairs on the back porch and enjoying nature. We enjoyed the seclusion and privacy. Cozy bed. Jacuzzi tub and heart shaped tub in the room were great too! Shower needs a mat as it is very slick when wet. Doors could use a dry eraser to clean or fresh paint. Close to town with wonderful valley and mountain views. Our dogs loved it also. Lisa @ vacasa’s local office was amazing when we had trouble with water outage. Very responsive to any and all questions. Making sure we had water back on quickly. Her customer service was phenomenal and five star all the way! So we had to drain it back down and wait for the hot water to heat up again. Because water tank water was not hot enough to run cold and hot when filling so it ran pretty quickly. There was an odd smell when we came in the house and almost like animal urine . And a funky smell There’s a smell underneath the bathroom. I think the drain vent device has gone bad. Not enough towels, not enough silverware. Hot tub was awesome. And the v d was comfortable. It would be good to put a sign up Password is I eventually found it underneath.
