We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and cooking meals in our cabin. Helen and lots of cool hiking trails are only a short drive away. Loved that the tv swiveled so you could watch from the living room or the bed. Did not use the heart shaped tub but I liked the idea of it. I wish we had gotten some firewood because the fireplace was nice. The only unusual thing was that one of the neighbors had a rooster and dogs that were noisy sometimes as early as 4am. There were bugs in the windowsill, also was hair in the sink and on the countertops. When I responded to the rating of the cleanliness being a one, I got an automatic response of thank you for rating the cleanliness….No solutions offered and no cleaning supplies or mop, available to clean up the mess ourselves.We had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it clean.Internet was not readily available on the way up from our service provider. We suggest downloading off-line maps to help get around the area.The next day we were offered a late checkout and attempted to accept it when we were on our vacation. Service did not allow us to complete the transaction and we were told that we could not accept it after we got back to the cabin and had Wi-Fi available.If there is an owner of this place that trusts vacasa to manage it I feel bad for them.The bed was clean from what I could tell. There was a cap missing on the hot tub on the screened in porch and the jetted tub advertises inside had an inefficient faucet that took over one hour to fill the tub above the jets.We had a great time exploring the area and it was very beautiful. ##### Katie B. My one significant issue is that, while there was a thermostat, there was no central air conditioning and the space heater that they left was just enough to warm one corner of the bed at night. The morning was very cold. I’m sure central air isn’t listed in the description, it’s just the first cabin I have been to that didn’t have it. ##### Steven S.
