Three double rooms. 1 big double bed 1,60cm x 2,00cm with ceiling fan 2 x twin rooms with floor standing fan 1 full shower room, 1 separate WC, 1 exterior shower. All the rooms are spacious. Ground floor: all bedrooms, bathroom, open plan lounge with ceiling fan/ dining/ kitchen area. First floor: 2nd lounge area, terrace, WC. L'Escala 15 minutes. Quiet location with several golf courses and pitch putt courses between 10 and 40kms. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses are all within a short distance (15kms). There is a local restaurant, where you can eat the daily menu, sandwiches or tapas. The village of Camallera also has several bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a bank.
