appreciate the small houses with terraces. Classified as a 3-star  
tourist residence, it is equipped with a heated indoor pool (open from  
April to October) and is entirely pedestrian for unparalleled  
tranquility and charm.

On site, you can enjoy a 90 m² heated indoor pool (seasonal, depending  
on the weather), bike rentals, a children's playground, and a communal  
barbecue. Nearby, various activities are available to you: visit the  
Château de Saumur, the Caves and Troglodytes, the Champignonnière du  
Saut Aux Loups, Montsoreau, the Abbey of Fontevraud, Cadre de Noir,  
cycling tourism, cruises on the Loire, wine route and vineyards, the  
Château de Brézé, Terra Botanica, the Mine Bleue, Puy du Fou.

This 39 m² T2 apartment has a living room with a trundle sofa bed  
(sleeps 2), a bedroom with two single beds (possible to convert into a  
double bed), a kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave,  
fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, a bathroom,  
separate toilet, a TV, and a equipped terrace. Bed linen and towels are  
included. And to conclude, remember that "life is too short not to  
enjoy the small houses with terrace and view of a golf course!".
