Enjoy the beautiful village of Saugerties nestled in the Hudson Valley. This lovely, spacious home is centrally located but also offers privacy and serenity; it is just 4 miles from HITS-On-The-Hudson, minutes to the villages of Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Woodstock, and just under 2 hours north of NYC. Enjoy all that the beautiful Hudson Valley has to offer including numerous restaurants, quaint shops, hiking and biking trails, outdoor summer farmers markets, festivals, golfing, concerts, and events at Bearsville Theater, Woodstock Playhouse, OPUS 40, and Bard College to name a few.   
  
Here you'll find everything your family will need for a perfect getaway. Spend time grilling on the deck, playing a game of Bocce on the 80 foot court in the backyard, floating in the above ground pool, or relaxing on the patio around the outdoor fire pit or under the gazebo.   
  
The spacious floor plan includes a formal living room with fireplace and dining area with seating for 10\. Step into the great room area with a beautiful kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, a second living area with a 65" smart tv, and a second dining area with a 60" round table perfect for family meals. Step out from the open floorplan great room onto a beautiful multi level Trex deck for outdoor living. The home offers four bedrooms with bedding for 10\. The first floor bedroom provides a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor providing a king or queen bed in each, and the queen bedrooms also have a twin bed in each. There is ample drawer and closet space in all the bedrooms, and each one offers a flat screen cable TV. Bluetooth speakers are offered on the first floor.
