The space This comfortable home has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Backyard Terrace BBQ Parking garage for 2 cars + Driveway for 2 cars Other things to note According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. Pets are allowed in the House. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet. \*\*\*Deposit\*\*\* All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $1000. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. \*\*\*Garbage\*\*\* Guests are responsible for removal all their garbage from premises upon check out and disposing of it at appropriate waste facility. Check in is after 4PM, check out is before 12PM. Late check out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. \* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
