This waterfront, pet-friendly property located on the Kalamazoo River is quite simply the best way to vacation in Saugatuck, anytime of the year! Walking distance to downtown, this home has its own private dock for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding or fishing. The main floor has an open floor plan with large kitchen and living area, all with beautiful views of Lake Kalamazoo. On the main floor you will also find the master suite with king bed, bath and walk-in closet as well as a sliding door accessing the outdoor deck. Additionally, there are two other bedrooms: one with twin bunk beds and a queen (3 beds in one room) and the other with a queen bed. You will also find a washer/dryer and bathroom on the main floor. On the upper level of the home, there is a furnished landing with a third bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom is a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The home also has a private driveway that will fit 2-4 cars depending on size. As we had requested, a pack n play with mattress cover and sheet plus 2 baby chair seats with trays were there when we arrived. Driveway very narrow on a very congested road with NO turn around or areas to store boat/waverunner trailers. This driveway could use a clean up also as there is no where to walk after exiting your vehicle besides going through weeds/tall grasses. School close by mentioned for parking but not close enough to unpack/unload or repack/load vehicles. Very busy downtown with heavy foot traffic. Expensive stay for what you get.
