This modern, comfortable cottage is ideally located on the edge of fields, benefiting from breathtaking views of nature. This 49m² dwelling comprises :  
  
\- a large enclosed garden and spacious terrace equipped with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers perfect for relaxing moments in the sun,   
\- a convivial lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace,  
\- an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,  
\- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),  
\- a second bedroom with two single beds,  
\- bathroom with shower.  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,  
\- air conditioning, carbon monoxide detector,  
\- TV with satellite or cable, Wifi,  
\- parking for one vehicle,  
\- two recharging points for electric vehicles are available during your stay.

For a day trip, the Pays Basque, with Espelette 49 km and Biarritz 40 minutes away, as well as Spain 45 minutes away, offer a rich and varied culture and landscape.
