Other Things to Note: ▶︎ RENOVATIONS & BUILDING UPDATES ◀︎ Be aware that our building is undergoing a concrete restoration project which will take place throughout 2023: • Guests may experience occasional construction noise and dust, restricted to weekday daytime hours. • Balcony access might be temporarily unavailable at certain times. For safety reasons: • The back area of the building is off-limits at all times. • The only exception is in the case of a fire, where guests should use the walkway to the North Gate. • Please refrain from using the back stairwell unless there is an emergency. Other important notes: • There may be moments when you need to turn your AC off and then back on due to recent electrical updates. • Both garages are currently closed. Bathroom No slip mat in the tub and floor of tub was very slick Exhaust fan is not exhausting. Looked inside with Flashlight and could see material plugging exhaust duct. Sink plug would stick in closed position - needed fork to open plug up Need Kleenex box in Bath Kitchen Only one hand towel and one dishcloth Need Kleenex box in Kitchen Living room Fitted sheets do not fit the bed. (neither bed) Cannot get sliding shades back far enough to have full window view. Have 3 tracks but only two used Cannot pull out Futon without moving furniture which is prohibited LG "Clicker" had no batteries and therefore inop Was not told of reserved parking until reading Welcome Book. Should have been told in prearrival literature so could park car upon arrival instead of parking across the street (4 lanes) - - only to then find we had reserved parking and had to move car. Contrary to SouthCoast literature, construction was a big deal. Construction rigs used 1/3 of the parking lot slots. Crews were spraying, sanding, repairing stucco on the front side so cars ending up being covered with crap. The days we were there was concrete sawing & chipping - both very noisy. Also had 2 diesel rigs running in the back. ##### Jerry M. I also reported the only bed in the condo was broke and couldn’t be slept on and got no response to it. My spouse, my son, and I had to sleep on the sleeper sofa. To go on vacation. And spend that kind of money and have to rough it is completely unacceptable. I have used VRBO many times over the years and I have never had a problem until this trip. I checked out 3 days ago and still haven’t got a response to their resolution. I am contacting my lawyer to get a full refund.
