Séjour de 5 nuits en août 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tanja S. 12 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und mit allen nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet: Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Geschirrspülmaschine mit Tabs. Sogar ein Fernglas für den Meerblick steht parat. Zur Zimmeraufteilung möchte ich ergänzen, dass es sich um ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zusätzlichem Einzelbett handelt. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine verschließbare Tür, was für Familien mit Kindern eine nützliche Info sein könnte. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine weitere Schlafcouch. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es leider keine guten Verdunklungsrollos. Die Garage ist tatsächlich sehr eng, bei unserem SUV blieben seitlich nur wenige Zentimeter trotz eingeklappter Spiegel. Wir haben uns für den Großparkplatz entschieden, der nur ein paar Gehminuten weg war. Insgesamt war die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut: Strandpromenade, Bäckerei und Altstadtgassen liegen quasi vor der Haustür. Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Stadthafen sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. ##### Tanja S. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, der Blick aufs Wasser ganz toll! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Am Wasser ist man nach dem Abstieg einer Treppe sofort. Der Jasmund Nationalpark ist direkt in der Nähe. Ich würde wiederkommen! Die Wohnung wirkte sauber und ist groß genug für 2-4 Leute.
