The Seaside apartment building is located on a quiet side street in the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few metres from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, is particularly charming thanks to its well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbour—with its many other dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city centre itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque old town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs. The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 metres away, behind City Hall.

Blue White Apartment: This 3-room apartment, with 60 square metres of living space, accommodates up to 6 people. The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square metres—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
