The grounds feature a swimming pool and a variety of clearly labeled plant species, creating a tranquil, botanical setting. A restaurant is just 50 meters away, while the charming village of Sassetta—home to restaurants, bars, a mini supermarket, a pharmacy, and a bank—is only 800 meters down the road. The coast and a private beach in Marina di Castagneto are just 12 kilometers away, making this a perfect destination for a truly relaxing holiday.Recently built, the villa features light grey tiled floors throughout and is fitted and furnished to a high standard, ensuring both comfort and quality during your stay.
