The main living space incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.

The property is quietly situated in the peaceful seaside village of Argentiera, less than a 10-minute stroll from the beach. Once a small silver mining settlement, \'Miniera dell’Argentiera\', today the village is best loved for its quiet beaches and wild natural surroundings. The main beach is framed by pale cliffs and Mediterranean scrub and offers a relaxed and uncrowded alternative to some of Sardinia’s busier resorts. The surrounding coastline is dotted with small coves and rocky inlets that are perfect for swimming, snorkelling and scenic coastal walks. There is a restaurant approximately a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket within a 10-minute drive in Palmadula.

Sun worshippers will enjoy exploring other beautiful beaches along the coast, including Lampianu (a 20-minute drive), the surfing beach of Porto Ferro (a 30-minute drive), La Pelosa Beach (a 40-minute drive), celebrated for its white sand and shallow turquoise waters. In the opposite direction, the lively coastal town of Alghero (a 40-minute drive) offers charming old streets, waterfront restaurants and easy access to stunning bays and beaches.
