The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan. Clubhouse is currently closed for maintenance. Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes master bedroom, master bathroom, second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access. I could have saved a lot of money staying at a place with no rec centre if this was actually advised it was closed the day I arrived and the day i left. I didn’t even get a card until almost a week and a half into my stay I truly felt this was the definition of false advertising and should have been given a heads up of the closure. ##### Ricky T.
