Located in the heart of Sarzeau, this 70 m² duplex apartment – with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a double garage – boasts a prime location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and the large Thursday market. Enjoy a sought-after setting between the lively town center and the unspoiled coastline of the Gulf of Morbihan.  
  
Bright, with a south/north orientation and fully equipped, the apartment offers an ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends. The spacious living room opens onto a south-facing balcony with a glimpse of the sea and a view of the majestic Château de Suscinio – a real bonus for sunny breakfasts and summer evenings. The separate, fitted, and fully equipped kitchen also has balcony access. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a 140x190cm sofa bed, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet. The layout, with one bathroom and one toilet per floor, ensures comfort and convenience for larger groups.
