You will immediately be charmed by this stone house in Sarzeau! Its outdoor space will instantly transport you to holiday mode! Its large indoor and heated swimming pool promises moments of relaxation. You will also enjoy the garden for sunny naps, good barbecues or to start your days accompanied by breakfast.   
  
Inside, you will find a living-dining room where you can share good meals or watch a film on television. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press.   
  
The house is ideal for your stay with family or friends, it can accommodate 12 people and two babies and has 6 bedrooms. The first four are ideal for couples with double beds and carefully designed decoration providing a pleasant atmosphere. Then, you will find two rooms with single beds, thus able to accommodate children or duos. These are beautifully arranged cocoons. Also available are a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as two independent toilets.   
  
For even more convenience, you will find two hair dryers, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two baby beds, a high chair, a baby bathtub, board games, a billiards table, a barbecue and the possibility of parking 6 cars.

The pool was lovely and the children loved it.The bedrooms were good apart from two having no hanging facilities for clothes and the children loved the sitting area upstairs.The downstairs area felt tired. It needed a bit more attention. Note if the taps are running in the kitchen the showers don’t work properly. The kitchen was well equipped but small. Also the garden really needed a bit of loving care! We now understand why there was no picture of the front of the house. The approach is really poor. Broken metal fencing, broken gate, breeze block wall. Very off putting. We felt the directions could be improved on too!We have stayed in many houses in France but this was the first time we had to make up our own beds on arrival. Very odd.
