Very comfortable house in the countryside in the heart of Périgord Noir (A thousand and one castles) 4km from the city center House of 100m2 equipped kitchen, large living room with television, dining room with 2 large bedrooms with 140 cm beds + travel cot on request 1 bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower) 8mx4m swimming pool with oak undergrowth Parking, garden, 2 terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Madame offers dinners & picnic baskets, her cuisine uses Périgord specialties
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
