You will stay in a 2-room terraced house with a total area of 41 square meters, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The living/sleeping room features a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people, with dimensions of 2 x 90 cm and a length of 190 cm, as well as a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations. The terrace and patio areas provide outdoor seating and a barbecue for your enjoyment. Inside, you'll find satellite TV, heating available, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 4 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The tastefully furnished Villa Stella offers beautiful views of the sea from the terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additional facilities include a safe, hair dryer, and internet access (WiFi, extra charge). Please note that this is a non-smoking property, suitable for families. The rental allocation is made only upon arrival, and the property is part of a commercial proprietor's offering according to Art. 155, IV, CGI.
