In the commune of Sari-Solenzara, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi included. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises :  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- One bedroom with two single beds  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside:  
\- A south-facing terrace (approx. 20m²) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.  
  
Communal area:  
\- Shared swimming pool on the roof  
  
The flat is ideally located in Sari-Solenzara, in a very pleasant environment with a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Solenzara. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as restaurants, ice-cream parlours, a mini-market, a sports shop and a clothing shop...  
  
Activities :  
During the summer months, a wide range of outdoor activities are available. However, outside this season, it is important to check the opening and closing dates. All water-based activities are available: beach, boat hire, jet ski, paddle, as well as canyoning, accrobranche, mountain biking, walks, children's parks, merry-go-rounds...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private basement car park (one space).  
Free public parking outside.
