This beautiful condo was renovated from top to bottom in September 2022 and has amazing amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, high speed internet, dedicated workspace and TWO King beds. The two-level end unit is shaded and secluded, set back from the community pool to provide peace and privacy. Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information. One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay. Our VACATION SPECIALISTS and HOUSE MANAGERS work as a team to provide you with the best vacation experience possible! Las Begonias sits on the north end of the Las Palmas neighborhood and offers quick access to the beach. You're literally across the street from the ocean. The complex is also just steps from great restaurants like Cafe de Playa, Alma Santa Cocina Latina at PACIFICO Beach Club and Restaurante Mar Azul. Just a 5-minute walk gets you to Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur; 2 large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣ Enter into the main living space with a chic look and updated decor and furniture. The living room has a comfortable seating area, Smart TV and opens to the fully stocked kitchen. There is a half bath just off the living space. The kitchen has all of the amenities of home plus an island with dining space for 4\. There is also the option for outdoor dining on the rear, covered terrace. The kitchen area has a stacked washer/dryer tucked inside a closet plus a beautiful desk for those that need a dedicated workspace during their stay. At the top of the stairs is a full bathroom with a large shower and updated finishes. The first bedroom has the option of being a King bed or two twin beds and has plenty of storage. The primary bedroom has a King bed, lots of storage, a safe and a covered balcony overlooking the grounds. Immediately upon booking we were connected with our travel advisor, Jennifer. She promptly helped us book transportation to and from the airport as well! The day before out return flight, we learned the airport was going to be closed and our flight was delayed! Luckily, Jennifer immediately contacted us and let us know we could stay additional nights. Our flights continued to be delayed a few more days and our 2 day trip turned into 5\. What could have been a very stressful end to our vacation was not at all, and that was entirely because of how we were gently handled by Jennifer. She was prompt in her communication and had immediate solutions. When we return, we will absolutely stay here again! From start to finish, it was fantastic. The location was clean, ready for us, very well stocked with towels and linens and was the perfect distance to town and most importantly the beach! ##### Emily L. Location of condo was one block from the beach and easy walking distance to various restaurants, coffee houses as well as 5 minute walk to small market which had everything that we needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed, pool was well maintained and refreshing, and property was well maintained.
