Location Location Location! This 3rd floor condo sits in one of the closest buildings to the main gate, making walking in and out of town a breeze! Overlooking one of several pools in the community, you can enjoy the location without sitting directly ON the pool. Tropical breezes, tropical cocktails, tropical views, and 100% Pura Vida!

Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

The condo has loads of space for a couple or family looking for luxury amenities on vacation.  Enter into the large, open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances (including a dishwasher), breakfast bar seating for 4, and all the amenities of home.  There is a stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen as well.  The main living space has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi for working remotely or streaming your favorite program.  Just off the living space is a large covered terrace that overlooks one of several pools in the complex.  A dining table for six offers additional eating and working space, and there is also a lounger as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa.  Enjoy the tropical breezes and watch the beautiful sunsets from your terrace.

Primary Bedroom - King bed, flat screen TV, large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower stall, and walk-in closet (with safe).  Access to patio

NOTE - This unit is unique as it is one of the only ones with a second entrance to the bathroom from the living room area - meaning guests sleeping on the sofa bed or visitors have access without passing through the bedroom.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building.

It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.

Taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk).

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

Great location beside pools, easy access to pickleball courts, parking & grocery store. Beautiful landscaping, a variety of swimming pools & a Snack Bar. Appreciated AC, ceiling fans, large shower, spacious condo, shuttle to beach club & makeup mirror. We did not realize that there were cupboards in the island & could not find the pots. Rich Coast Tours were very helpful. Walking up 3 flights of stairs in +34 C was not so great in the heat.

My partner and I stayed in Playa del Coco for a week to celebrate my 30th birthday, and we are glad we stayed here. We most appreciated the condo for its walkability. It’s steps away from Main Street where most of the restaurants, stores, and services are located. It’s about a 8-10min walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. The condo unit has the best location in the entire complex. It’s only several steps aways from the pedestrian gate that leads to Main Street, and it’s fewer steps away from the impressively large pools. We enjoyed having breakfast and drinks on the condo’s balcony that overlooked the pool. The complex has security guards and security gates so naturally we felt safe. The complex grounds are well kept. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space. While the condo offered essential amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs) the unit was a bit outdated. New paint, an updated shower, and better maintenance would improve the condo’s warmth and overall aesthetic.The bed also wasn’t the most comfortable. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Since it was our first time in Playa del Coco, we appreciated her restaurant recommendations, her willingness to answer our questions, and prompt replies. We are glad she connected us to Guana Adventures who tooks us on an exciting ATV tour and a memorable tour of the Miravalles Volcano. We hope to stay here again when we return to Playa del Coco!

The condo is exactly as described. It was well equipped for all our needs. The grounds and pools are meticulously maintained. I wish the pool bar/grill would have been open but it wasn’t due to Covid. David and his staff responded quickly to all my inquiries. I would definitely stay again.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica (Pacífico) and we loved it! The unit we stayed in was overlooking the pool, had easy access to the exit/entrance, and was within walking distance to bars/restaurants and shops. It had a well stocked kitchen that we used to cook some of our meals. Jennifer, the concierge, was very helpful in setting up our excursions. We would definitely rent this condo again.

I had not stayed in Playa Del Coco before and did not know the lay of the land. I got lucky in selecting David's property in The Pacifico condo complex. The Pacifico is the nicest complex in town and it is in the perfect location. Close to all the activities, sights, restaurants, and bars of Coco yet its own quite oasis that seems miles away. The condo itself is perfect! Great location within the Pacifico with great furnishings and very well stocked. ZERO complaints. Amongst the nicest of the MANY rentals we have been in over the years. As awesome as the location and the condo itself were, the Host/Owner David was an even a bigger asset to the overall experience. David is super well connected in the area and can help you out with almost anything. He has MANY properties in the area so if something goes sideways with one property he can accommodate you with another. Which actually happened to us. When the unit we had booked required some maintenance, He upgraded us to a unit that was slightly better and in slightly better location with the same condo complex. David also helped us when we got in a jam with our rental car at the Liberia Airport. I called to let David know we would be late for check in. Before I knew it David had us hooked up with a rental car at a lower price. And he did all this for us the week before he was getting married. Excellent Host! Best Condo in Coco!
