If you’re worried the view won’t live up to the pictures—don’t be. It’s absolutely incredible, and somehow it gets better the longer you’re there. The house is for sale, so the owner may not be investing in updates at the moment, but honestly, you won’t care.Yes, it could use a little love in spots—maybe a hinge tightened or a door adjusted—but nothing major. The outdoor space and the view more than make up for any small interior issues. And even those are barely worth mentioning.The bathrooms are beautiful, the glass is clean and plentiful, and the kitchen is huge—plenty of space for all types of cooks. We had everything we needed to make great meals and ended up cooking five out of seven nights.The home sits at the top of the mountain, around 350' above sea level, and offers a stunning 300-degree view. The pool is perfect, and the outdoor kitchen is dialed in. The pool, while heavily clorinated, is also wonderful. But the home is very obviously a full time rental and with that comes some issues. The back bedroom didn’t have hot water, and the tub was not operational as there were pieces of the drain mechanism that needed to be reassembled and reinstalled. None of the TVs were connected to WiFi so we couldn’t use them, the WiFi itself was spotty at best. Every knife in the home was missing a tip and were dull to the point that we used a pocket knife all week. The chairs by the pool have seen better years. Honestly, the view made up for all of this, but I’d love to see the owner invest a bit more in the everyday items that make it feel more like home. ##### Rob S. We had an amazing time lounging by the pool and taking in the view. Byron with Krain was extremely professional and responsive to questions we had. The cons that are worth mentioning are that the house right next door is under construction. The sanding/drilling started 6:30am and lasted all day. Also, the drainage blockage that we noticed upon arrival prevented use of one shower (they did send someone to fix it and it was usable, but not great). It is also worth noting you need a van service/Uber/taxi/car rental to leave the house (not a blocker tho). Overall I do recommend the house itself it is spacious with an amazing, amazing view. ##### Adair C.
