The warmest, calmest waters and softest sands you will ever experience are just a three-minute walk from this charming ground floor two-bedroom condo, boasting a master bedroom with a queen size bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom has two single beds. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, freshly-painted walls, brand new furnishings and a 42” Smart TV. Just a two minute walk away is Pueblo Plaza, offering a convenience store, cafe and restaurant. You can also enjoy the many rest  
  
Convenience is at your fingertips with Pueblito Plaza located right next to the complex. There, you'll find a small convenience store, a café, and several restaurants, ensuring you have everything you need within reach. For more entertainment options, a vibrant nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants, and larger supermarkets, the town is just a short 10-minute walk away.  
  
The complex is situated at the beginning of the Las Palmas neighborhood, known for its architecture reminiscent of Florida. With security guards patrolling the streets 24/7, you can feel safe and protected while enjoying the tranquility and relaxing atmosphere that surrounds you.  
  
⚠️ Warning!  
We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.  
  
The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.  
  
This notice was posted on September 24th.  
  
All existing bookings prior to this date have already been notified.  
  
For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.  
  
If you do not read this notice before booking, we will do our best to accommodate a request to move you; however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

The master bedroom features a brand new Queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds for additional guests or family members.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.  
  
Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
