The villa counts with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, this makes them perfect for friends traveling together or families. Each apartment has new AC, hot water, WIFI, cable TV, towels, and area to eat for six. Walking distance to the beach, 200 meters. The Villa has three bedrooms, one with queen size bed and private bathroom, second one with two twins beds, and the third room with full bed, for a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. (microwave, full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, plus drinks and dinnerware). Parking is inside the property. The guests can access to this things: \- BBQ area with Moderate Size Gas Grill \- Pool, wet bar. \- Outside shower for use before use the pool. \- Toilet in the common area. \-Wifi all place. \-Beach towels. \-Crip for baby Ps: to use tthe BBQ Ranch, availability must be checked in advance. The necessary for our customers to feel at home, so we are available anytime if the guests need us through text message, Airbnb app, call, email or directly with the staff (Abigail and Chiny), they will be glad to assist you. Green Villas is located in the heart of El Coco, just 100 meters away you will find restaurants, live music, bars and souvenirs, so in the pool you can perceive the atmosphere of the area; In the same way, closing completely the doors minimizes the sound, so you can rest absolutely well. 1 -We keep the noise level to a minimum after 10:00pm. We didn’t have access to our patio as the communal BBQ was there which meant that people were often standing outside our living room windows. Aside from that we were quite happy. Easy walk to beach and main strip in Coco.Cons: A little love and attention and this could be a gem. One set of keys for 4 adults, needs a good cleaning and treated for cockroaches. All linens overdue for replacement. AC units in 2 upstair bedrooms very old and couldnt keep up making high temperatures and sleeping difficult.No matress covers, and very thin sheets meant we felt better sleeping on top of the bedding rather than in it.Water cooler empty, 1 washcloth for 4 people, no extra toilet paper and we ran out in 2 bathrooms. ##### Rhonda N.
