« L’OlbiaLoft est idéalement situé dans le centre ville. L’appartement est bien équipé et en bon état. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Cependant l’isolation est vraiment mauvaise. Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits très désagréables du fait de voisins qui faisaient la fête puis étaient trop bruyants pendant leurs ébats. Cela reste un lieu à recommander pour séjourner à Olbia. »

L'unica pecca è che è molto poco fornita dall'agenzia: mancano strofinacci, prodotti per la pulizia e le lenzuola e asciugamani vengono forniti a un prezzo giornaliero a mio giudizio eccessivo. L'agenzia è però molto disponibile per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza dei turisti. »

« L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Alghero et ses environs, un parking à proximité. Malgré une rue passante bruyante, le balcon reste un point positif : grand et ouvert sur la plage, il reste un endroit agréable. Le mobilier n'est pas moderne, on le savait. Les pièces sont assez confortables, lumineuses et bien insonorisées (fenêtres fermées). Bon contact avec Anna qui s'est montrée accueillante et réactive à nos remarques, elle parle français. La connexion Internet n'est pas excellente,...

« Vorremmo cominciare ringraziando tutte le persone che hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno sereno in luoghi meravigliosi: Michele, Marco e tutta la loro famiglia, proprietari di questa bellissima casa.E poi Slavik, con il quale abbiamo svolto le operazioni di check in e check out che ci ha dato tante indicazioni e consigli utili.Sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili sia prima che durante la nostra permanenza.La casa è inserita in un villaggio molto bello e tranquillo immerso...

« Insgesamt schönes Apartment und vor allem tolle Anlage, Preis-Leistung stimmt aber leider nicht ganz. Nachts schrillt der Rasensprenger so laut, dass man schlecht schlafen kann, man blickt auf einen Parkplatz und die Hauptstraße, es fehlte Toilettenpapier und Seife und am Ende wurde eine zu hohe zusätzliche Gebühr für einmal Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhoben. Alles okay - aber nicht bei dem Preis. »

"Nous avons séjourné au 7Pines et notre expérience a été décevante pour un hôtel affiché 5 étoiles. Le personnel est certes aimable, mais l’établissement est largement surcoté. Les suites sont petites, mal agencées et ne reflètent pas le standing attendu. Nous avions réservé une sea view qui ne nous a finalement pas été accordée, ce qui est vraiment regrettable. Globalement, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous."
