Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 29 m² living room with sofa and TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Sarcelles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking space in the residence, with access via Badge. An outdoor public car park is 200 metres away.
