Spacious basement apartment with extra sound proofing and an incredible sunset view! Only 15 minutes from I-15\. Trail right outside the door leading to views of the whole valley. Close to shopping and outdoor amenities! Apartment is equipped with queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen pull out couch bed, a blow up mattress, and pack n play. 2 car maximum! Please message for questions and any requests to make your trip more comfortable!
