Just outside of Saratoga Springs you'll find this exclusive, spacious farmhouse on Nelson Avenue Extension, a mile from Saratoga Race Course. This home features a saltwater, heated, inground pool with a manicured stone patio, raised gardens, and seasonal planting with pops of color. An outdoor firepit beside the pool with a wraparound outdoor couch, a large umbrella overhanging, and a private patio. Off the kitchen patio doors, is a large teakwood table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Primary suite on the first floor with a walk-in closet and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Glass sliding doors open to patio with hot tub. Off the suite is a private sitting room overlooking the property.
The second floor includes; Jack and Jill bedrooms with their own washrooms, sharing a beautiful bathroom and glass shower.
The second-floor primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, dressing area, luxury bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub, and stone-floored shower.
Above the attached garage with stairs off the expansive mudroom is a theatre room with built-in leather lounge chairs, a bar with sink and beverage fridge, a record player with a full library, dart board, popcorn machine, and Pacman game.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and it's owner. I rented the house during the busiest weekend in Saratoga Springs for the year (potentially) and used it to host a super VIP and also to host a VIP executive corporate dinner with a private celebrity chef. While the weather did not cooperate, the home had absolutely everything we could have asked for, the property was gorgeous, and the owner went WAY above and beyond with regard to communications, making himself and his home available and assisting with local needs. I would rent this house again every day and twice on Sunday. THANK YOU!!
