Amenities include private outdoor solar heated pool, hot tub, laundry room access, parking/driveway, and Wi-Fi. Ideal location for nature, wildlife, and birdwatching. Kayaks are available to explore the many scenic waterways in the area. The closest beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away. Siesta key in nearby Sarasota was voted the number one beach in the USA! Also unlimited shopping, restaurants, beach bars, beautiful sunsets, and other various tourist attractions nearby.

Great location
The property was very comfortable. The owner lives across the street and was very nice and helpful. If you’re interested in going to Siesta Key Beach, it’s a short 25 minute drive from this location. Stores and restaurants are close by. Relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing visit
My family and I came to Venice to visit family and this was a great place to relax with the family. We have two young kids and they LOVED the pool and the wild life from alligator creek in the back yard! There was a small issue when arriving to the house, we weren’t provided with the access code at arrival. The owners called back within minutes and were able to get a code to get in the house. Overall, great experience, clean home, well stock, and nice pool and hot tub.

This property was clean and spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place and we are so glad that we were able to stay there. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The back yard was so nice to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We hope to get back there once a year.
