Nestled in the highly desirable community of Arlington Park, which provide walking trails, a pond with ducks, dog park, rec center with pool, and fitness center. Walk to Sarasota Memorial Hospital or Southside Village including Hillview district with its bistros, coffee bars, restaurants and entertainment. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Sarasota and close proximity to the sugar sands of Siesta Key.  
  
Nestled in a serene corner of the picturesque Arlington Park neighborhood, Tranquility Cottage beckons with its charm. Boasting four elegant French doors, it beckons the warm Florida sun indoors or invites the natural beauty of the outdoors to permeate its space. The intimate abode features a snug living area, a well-appointed kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom featuring a plush queen bed.  
  
Each door unveils a different facet of the private yard, adorned with rugged pavers, two serene sitting areas, an herb garden, and a soothing fountain. The rugged paver porch and side yard are ideal for morning coffee, an afternoon in the sun reading a book or zenful moments.   
  
The kitchenette is equipped with a dorm-style refrigerator, a single induction burner, a microwave, a toaster oven, a crockpot, an air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker—ideal for whipping up a delicious dinner or a light meal.   
  
Want to add some basil to that caprese salad? How about rosemary or parsley to that chicken? Simply walk out the kitchen door and pick fresh herbs from the garden.  
  
Essential kitchen provisions such as dish soap, paper towels, sponges, as well as plates, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, and oils are provided for your convenience.
