It’s not a high rise so you don’t park in a huge parking lot far away from where you are staying. It’s a few steps from the beach. The rooms are updated with new appliances and furnishings. I use to stay here in the 70’s. We love having a kitchen and also a short drive to grocery stores and other places to shop and explore. Beach chairs and beach pull carts are available. Being that it’s a really small studio you could open up more space by removing those large lamps and adding lights on the walls. It’s super dark in there. I’d remove this stools as they really just take up space. I’d also remove the table and chairs and add a small pub type table w small stools. If a small sink could be added in that empty space on the wall by the counter that would be a huge bonus. I didn’t notice when I booked the place there wasn’t a sink. Also the exhaust vent in the bathroom is really dirty. All and all it went well but I’d probably go with something a little bigger next time with some natural light. ##### Patrcia Y. Property has direct beach access with lounge chairs and a well-maintained heated pool and terrace. Guests were a mix of older couples and younger families. Margaret in the office kept the public areas tidy and made great conversation. My unit was one of the smaller single rooms, compact but adequate. Other units had full kitchens and screened porches, and many guests return each year.
