The house was near Ringling and in a lovely neighborhood near the water. The house was clean, well equipped, and we liked the lay out of the rooms. The pool was warm and so much fun for all of us. Not walkable to any beaches but convenient driving to dining, Lido key, downtown and SRQ. The pool and spa are very nice. Beds are comfortable and house is very well equipped for guests. Very small critiques would be that 1/2 of the overhead fans did not work and the spa directions were dated/not accurate.
