Quiet neighborhood, great for biking, walking, etc. Great home with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, fenced backyard, close to shopping and the beach. SIESTA Key Village is 10 minutes from house. St Armand s circle and the Ringling Museum all within 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. We had no problems or issues. We enjoyed the bicycles and also walked around the neighborhood. The back porch was very relaxing and we throughly enjoyed the escape to warmer weather. Communication with the owner was prompt. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a home setting in a quiet neighborhood. Tawnilynn’s home was bright, clean, and everything well thought out – she is an amazing and very responsive host. My only disappointment….we didn’t discover this place before! From the moment we booked until we checked out, we were impressed. When we had a question, Tawnilynn was extremely quick to respond. She truly thinks of all the little details-- and then some-- that made our stay so comfortable. We loved the snacks, the toiletries and the fun beach toys. We felt very comfortable and "at home" during our stay. We encountered friendly neighbors, and the home is close to shopping and restaurants and a short ride to the beaches. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs. All the comforts of home away from home. My only suggestion would be to add a hair dryer as most accommodations provide them today.
