Seasonal rental in a shared home. Nicely renovated home in a nice neighborhood. Near everything. 10 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to Siesta Key Beach (Voted #1 beach), 10 minutes to the interstate, shopping and lots of restaurants, UTC mall and shopping. Full access throughout the furnished home including pool, master suite, master bathroom and indoor garage parking. Owner/resident is an older, very active professional respectable man who will mostly reside in another part of the home separated by a privacy door.
