The home has been newly renovated and professionally decorated. This is an incredible location! We are TWO BLOCKS from The Legacy Trail, downtown, and parks so bring your bikes or favorite walking shoes and come enjoy the fantastic Florida weather. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a large dining area with seating for eight that is open to the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second guest room has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower stall and the third bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and access to the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom also has double doors that lead out to the patio. All bedrooms have comfortable new sheets bedding and towels. The living room has two sofas with one that pulls out into a queen bed and a large wall-mounted TV. Double doors off the living room lead to the private deck and back yard that come alive at night with ambient lighting. The backyard also has a BBQ grill and firepit with seating for a relaxing evening after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. The host has even provided a few games and puzzles for families to enjoy. This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Payne Park is within walking distance from the home and includes Bicycle Trails, Equipment/Facility Rental, Hiking Trails, Picnic Facilities, Playground, and a Restaurant In Park. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 7 miles and Lido Beach is 5 miles from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minutes drive from the home. Sarasota has great beaches and the location of the house is very close to the beaches and we had everything we needed for our beach trips. during our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean , kitchen,dining room and living room are very well organized. Patio has sitting areas and grill . The only two issues we noticed and would like to provide feedback about are the conditions of the split ac filters and the smell of the house. Very nicely decorated and updated open space. It was great and the bedrooms all had a bathroom they could use. They also had great closet space for all of our items. The deck definitely needs some help. Holes and soft spots. We could have fallen through a few times and is a liability. The cable situation could be more communicated. We should not have to put in our own app sign ins and at least have cable in bedroom too. Man cutting grass before 10am on Monday morning and we were not told. Again, more communication. Lots of space and privacy. Very clean and well laid out. The neighborhood was ok, nice to be close to downtown. Having rented many properties in the past the one suggestion I would like to make is to perhaps have some basic amenities such as salt and pepper. We purchased some and left at the property for the next guest. It is also nice to have some plastic wrap or foil. Prior to making the reservation I had specifically asked about beach chairs which they did have, however the chairs were very uncomfortable, I suggest they invest in some better chairs for the property. The backyard needed some tending to. The cushions on the backyard furniture was dirty so we sat on some towels. We did enjoy our stay in beautiful Sarasota. ##### Mary Z. There was a beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers on the table when we arrived. We had a few questions and Debbie was quick to respond. Troy was very helpful as well. The neighbors were friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. You could tell it is a neighborhood in transition as many of the homes had recently been updated and more were in the process of being remodeled.
