Entertain and Relax: As you enter the spacious, open living room you will find comfortable couches and chairs where you can convene with friends and family to watch a movie on a 70” flat-screen TV with integrated streaming devices, wireless speaker system and Xbox. The dining area hosts a large table that seats 6, where you can gather to enjoy a meal together or if you prefer, dine alfresco style outside just off of the kitchen in newly appointed outdoor dining furniture. The beautifully redone kitchen with custom quartz countertops offers modern cabinetry and all of your premium stainless steel appliances including built-in stove and microwave, refrigerator, undermount ice machine and dishwasher as well as coffee/espresso maker for your culinary pleasure. Luxurious Accommodations: The large master bedroom includes sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool and spa area and features a king size bed, sitting area with two settees, a 60” flat-screen tv, and a large private bathroom with double sinks, custom quartz countertops and oversized, open rain shower system. The spacious guest bedroom boasts two sets of large bunk beds (full-over-full and twin-over-twin), a 55” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning shower including mosaic tile accents. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, comfortable seating area with a 50” flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub and shower, and feel free to use the large washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. This home sleeps up to 8 people max. Poor Management The house is awesome and the pool adds a nice touch. Only complaint is the pool spa heater. You have to pay extra per night to have the spa heated for a few hours. No problem I don’t mind paying. I have a pool at home and understand that is cost to heat the spa. I was there for a week and paid for the spa to be on. $50 or $75 per night. No problem. Where the problem began is communication with the property management. First night we had no spa heat, after calling several times the next day they told us the they would resolve the issue. The second night everything was good. After that we never had heat. Called the management company again and again. We just kept getting transferred around. Long story short we got heat one night out of 6\. After calling for months we were told we would get reimbursed for the spa heater. We only got reimbursed for 1 night. Couldn’t really sit on the couch outside the whole trip. Management company is hard to get a hold of for simple things like that or just to ask questions. Pots and pans situation could have been better. Cooking breakfast was hard, that is the only meal we cooked. If those things were fixed we would definitely come back and stay again. When we walked in you could tell that it had been cleaned by not only the look of it but the smell of it. The furnishings were beautiful in all the rooms. All the rooms were exactly as pictured on VRBO. The amenities were great from all the games they had there which we took advantage of to all the beach supplies and the bikes. Kids also loved the ping pong table. The pool was great after a day at the beach. The location was perfect walking distance to St. Armands Circle and the beach although we preferred to drive to the beach. I cannot say enough about this property and how nice it was. If I had anything to complain about and I wouldn't even really call it a complaint is that at some point the pool guy came to service the pool so we were a little startled when a man just walked into the backyard, I think that's something they should mention and also the previous people left the garbage overflowing. And there was no ironing board on the premises that we could find. Beyond that it was a picture perfect week and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Dawn S. The home itself is in a great area and is tastefully decorated. The staff and everything was great.
