Nestled in The Landings safe and Very quiet gated community Lush garden, close to the ocean.  
Available Jan 1 to January 31 2023 only. 1 month only - Treehouse in Beautiful Sarasota. Close to all the action that the area has to offer.  
  
Walking distance to Publix, EOS gym, Apolonia and triple tail restaurant, Alpine butcher, Waltz fish Market , connors Steak house 8 mn to siesta key beach. Kayak access, nature trail.  
  
very safe and quiet community. 8 tennis court racquet club.  
Unit is newly renovated, light oak floors, Miele Apliances, washer, dryer, etc...

A rare opportunity to rest and enjoy Florida this winter.
